A statutory pathway for data-principal complaints.
- Acknowledgement
- Within 24 hours of receipt.
- Substantive response
- Within 30 days of receipt, per DPDPA Section 13(2). Complex requests involving third-party data or federation sources may require additional time; you will be informed.
- Escalation
- Once the Data Protection Board of India is constituted, unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Board. The pathway will be updated here when the Board’s rules are notified.

If the form is unavailable, email legal@vamshanidhi.in with subject line [DPDPA Grievance]. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a substantive response within 30 days. For unresolved complaints once the Data Protection Board of India is operational, you may also escalate there. The privacy notice documents the full data-handling regime.
