Goa's spring festival celebrated during Phalguna Shukla Paksha — older than the Portuguese colonial period. Features elaborate processions (Ghode Modni horse dance), folk dances, floats, and classical Goan folk performances. Distinct from Holi though occurring near the same season. Celebrates the harvest and return of Goan Hindu traditions that survived the Inquisition.
