Maharashtra's unique tradition of Krishna Janmashtami where teams of young men (Govindas) form human pyramids to break a pot of curd (dahi handi) suspended at height. Celebration of Krishna stealing butter. Mumbai's Dahi Handi has pots at heights up to 40 feet with prize money for winning teams. Considered a unique Maharashtra sporting-religious tradition.
