Per ADR-0029, every state-changing action on the platform writes to an append-only audit chain. That chain is the structural guarantee behind the trust ledger on /transparency. This page is the per-event drill-down — every stewardship action visible in reverse-chronological order, with the actor identity downgraded to a public alias per ADR-0040 §publicProjection.

Stewardship means: federation peer admissions and revocations, scholar council ratifications, policy changes, consent flips, admin user actions, dispute escalations, continuity-vault verifications. Mechanical operational rows (worker heartbeats, archival page uploads, AI-ops job lifecycle) are excluded; the changelog is for the events a curious citizen, scholar, or federation peer might want to audit.

On what counts.

The platform writes every action to the audit chain, including mechanical operations that aren’t stewardship. This page filters to a curated allowlist of governance-relevant action prefixes: federation, access policy, admin user actions, consent, continuity, dispute escalation, scholar council. The curation is itself a stewardship decision — the allowlist lives in source, every change is review-visible.
